This page explains how enquiries made through this website are handled.
Wood Flooring Wandsworth is an enquiry service. Enquiries sent through this website are passed to R3 Carpentry, a separate local carpentry business and sole trader, who reply to you, survey your home, give a written quote and, if you go ahead, supply and fit the floor. Wood Flooring Wandsworth does not fit floors itself.
We have a referral arrangement with R3 Carpentry. Enquiries made through this website go to R3 Carpentry, and the contract for any work is between you and R3 Carpentry. You are free to get quotes from other companies. No referral fee or commission is paid or received for enquiries made through this website, and you pay nothing extra because your enquiry came through us.
Where this website says “we” about surveys, quotes, fitting, insurance, experience or guarantees, it means R3 Carpentry carrying out the work.
If you have any questions about how your enquiry is handled, contact hello@woodflooringwandsworth.co.uk.
