We aim to do the job properly. If something goes wrong, we want to hear about it and put it right.

How to complain

Contact us on WhatsApp or at hello@woodflooringwandsworth.co.uk. Tell us who you are, the address of the job, what went wrong and what you would like us to do about it. Photos help.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
2. We look into it, which may include a visit to see the work.
3. We reply in writing with what we found and what we propose.
4. If you are not satisfied, tell us and we will review the decision.

Manufacturer guarantee claims

If your concern is a fault in the boards, the manufacturer's guarantee may apply. We will help you make a claim.

If we cannot resolve it

You may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution service, or go to court. Your statutory rights are not affected.
